The objective of this section is to help the Division Director to coordinate and implement administrative tasks in the Division:
- To prepare, manage and operate Division Budget according to finance procedure.
- To purchase, look for quotations, evaluate, prepare Purchase Order, payment and staff claims.
- To monitor and develop computerised system of the Division.
- To print Division publications.
- To monitor and enhance Division website.
- To coordinate Division human resource such as attendance, leave, courses, seminar and staffing.
